Our jewelers are here to help with any type of jewelry repair. We repair any piece, no matter where it was originally purchased or its age. 

We have a team of professionals who can help restore vintage and modern pieces by our extensive repair, clean, polish and rhodium plating process.

Repairs that cannot be completed while you wait typically take 2-3 weeks minimum.

• Clean your jewelry.

• Resizing rings, bracelets and necklaces for the perfect fit. 

• Professionally repairing any piece of jewelry by our jewelers on staff. These repairs include fixing or upgrading chain and clasps. 

• We inspect every piece of jewelry during our cleaning process to ensure all diamonds and gemstones are secure. 

• Stone matching. Pearl and bead restringing. 

• Resetting diamonds or precious gemstones. Upgrading diamonds or precious gemstones on jewelry. 

• We can redesign, restore, or completely replicate a vintage or sentimental piece.

• At our Private Cincinnati Studio, we are capable of designing any custom jewelry for our clients. Get in touch or reserve a studio visit to start designing.

• Any unworn jewelry can be redesigned or altered into new and beautiful designs. Design examples will be presented when you design at our studio. 

• Any non-sentimental jewelry can be traded in. We accept gold, platinum, diamond and gemstone jewelry. 

• Unwanted costume jewelry can be donated at our studio for charitable causes.

JEWELRY APPRAISALS

Our Independent Graduate Gemologist thoroughly inspects your jewelry, creating a detailed appraisal report for your jewelry’s highest replacement value. Jewelry appraisals are official documents, crucial for insurance purposes, and should be updated every two to three years. We provide clients with appraisals on pieces they purchase from us that retail for more than $750.

If you need jewelry appraisals, reserve a visit at our Cincinnati studio. Founder & Designer Paolo Salamone will meet one-on-one with you, walk you through our appraisal process and inspect every piece you may need appraised. Our minimum turnaround time is normally two to three weeks.
